Exchange and Return Policy
At Lyndr, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer a comprehensive exchange and return policy for customers in North America, Europe, and Oceania.
Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Eligible Items
Most items purchased from our store are eligible for return or exchange, except:
- Final sale items (marked as such at the time of purchase)
- Intimate apparel and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags or packaging
How to Return or Exchange
Step 1: Contact our customer service team at support@lyndr.shop with your order number and reason for return.
Step 2: We'll provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Step 3: Pack your item(s) securely in the original packaging if possible.
Step 4: Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our team.
Return Shipping Costs
North America: Free returns on all orders. We'll provide a prepaid shipping label.
Europe: Free returns on orders over $100 USD. For orders under $100, a $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Oceania: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your return, please allow:
- North America: 5-7 business days for inspection and refund processing
- Europe: 7-10 business days for inspection and refund processing
- Oceania: 10-14 business days for inspection and refund processing
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@lyndr.shop with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
International Customs and Duties
For returns from outside your original shipping country, please note that any customs duties or import taxes paid are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for any additional customs charges incurred during the return process.
